Meet the AesthetiCare STL Team

Ashley Slater is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years in the aesthetic industry and a decade of clinical practice as an FNP. As Lead Nurse Practitioner at AesthetiCare STL, she oversees medical operations, clinical education, and treatment protocols for the team.

Ashley specializes in full facial correction, facial balancing, and Sculptra for both the face and body. She also serves as a national trainer for Cosmetic Physician Partners, teaching other injectors an anatomy-based approach to safer, more natural-looking results.

Lauren McGaughey is a board-certified Physician Associate with a background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her dermatology training gave her a deep understanding of skin health, facial anatomy, and the science behind aesthetic treatments.

That foundation shapes how she injects: with precision, a strong focus on safety, and attention to long-term skin quality rather than a quick fix. Lauren’s goal is natural, balanced results that still look like you.

Debbie has welcomed patients at our front desk for 11 years. She loves working with people, and her favorite part of the job is seeing patients leave happy with their results.

Outside the office, Debbie spends time with her husband of 47 years, their two daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandsons. She enjoys shopping, concerts, festivals, and musicals with her daughters, and her grandsons keep her busy with hockey games, other sports, and sleepovers at Nana and Papa’s house.
